Application of finned tube heat exchanger in compound fertilizer production

The conductive medium of the finned tube heat exchanger is only used for vapor-gas, vapor-liquid, and liquid-liquid exchange, but it has not been used in industrial production as a liquid-solid exchange. The plate structure of the fin-tube heat exchanger is improved, and the improved fin-tube heat exchanger is applied to the heat exchange process of solid materials in the sulfur-clad compound fertilizer workshop and the high-tower workshop, and the effect is remarkable.

 

The finned tube heat exchanger uses hot air, steam or hot water to exchange heat with solids through plates. The bottom of the main body is equipped with a ridged material dividing plate. The center distance of the dividing plate is 400 500 mm , and the length of the dividing plate is 300 400 mm . Through the adjustment of the frequency of the vibration motor, the residence time of the material in the equipment is controlled, so that the material can exchange heat at a predetermined temperature.

 

There is a detachable structure between the plate pair of the fin tube heat exchanger and the box body; the lower box body and the lower hopper are softly connected. Distribution board form upper and lower layers and a multilayer structure, of the distance plate 18 is ~ 40 mm , the vertical distance of two plates 400 ~ 600 mm . The plate pair is formed by high flat welding and then press-filled or formed by stamping and welding with a template. The connection form is a fork connection. In the production process of compound fertilizer, the solid materials that need to be heated are transported to the feed inlet of the upper cover of the plate heater through the conveying equipment, enter the upper box in the main body of the equipment, and are evenly distributed to the center of the heating plate in the upper box. Flow to the buffer zone at a certain speed.

 

The material is mixed in the buffer zone and redistributed to the center of the heating plate in the lower box. The material flows to the material distribution plate at the bottom, and flows out of the heater in accordance with the vibration of the frequency modulation vibration motor to complete the heating process of the solid material. In this process can be evenly heated. When the pair of plates is upper and lower layers, the temperature can be increased by 10 to 50 ℃. After the improvement, the entire heat exchange process of the finned tube heat exchanger is stable, continuous and controllable.
